Robert Kite Obituary

Robert Alban Kite (64) of Lawrenceville died May 4, 2022 surrounded by family. 

Born in Trenton New Jersey, he was a lifelong area resident. 

Son of the late John A Kite and preceded in death by brother John F (Bate) Kite and niece Danielle Kwami, he is survived by his mother Margaret (Cavanaugh) Kite, brothers and sisters Joseph & Rita Kite, Clare & Jeff Kwami, Richard Kite, Christopher Kite, Catherine & James Strycharz, Rose & Bill Walters, Agnes Kite, Mary Kite & Paul Jivoff, Eduardo Calderon and Frankie.  Also survived by nieces & nephews Courtney Kite, Corina Kwami, Monique Kwami, Tatiana Calderon, Elizabeth Kite, Jacob Kwami, Peter Kite, Kyle Seifert, Juliana Kite, Rose Kwami, Chris Seifert, Andrew Kite and Lily Jivoff; and by great nieces & great nephews: Collin, Aiden, Adon, Lamar, Rylie and Ariana Danielle.   

A stone mason by trade, he was retired from the Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local #5 but continued his craft on unique brick and stone projects. Robert’s passions included building brick ovens, baking Buddy Club bread and enjoying treats from the Gingered Peach.

Calling hour on Thursday May 12 from 9:30AM – 10:30AM at the Church of St. Ann, 1253 Lawrenceville Road in Lawrence immediately followed by Mass at 10:30 AM and repast in the JPII Community Room at the church.

Burial in St. Andrews Cemetery in Newtown, Pennsylvania at a later date.
