John Edward Murphy, a resident of Fairless Hills, PA passed away on April 13, 2024 at the age of 74 at the Crestview Center.
John served as Staff Sergeant in the 176th Assault Helicopter Company, American Division in Chu-Lai, Vietnam during the late 60’s. Throughout the years he has served in his local communities as a grief counselor, chaplain and neighborhood security. He enjoyed history, genealogy, motorcycles and spending time with friends, family and his church community.
John is survived by his children Kevin and Jessica Murphy, grandson Alexander Murphy and brother Stephen Murphy, as well as many extended family relations.
A private service is being held on April 27, 2024. Pastor Dan Skogen of Oxford Valley Chapel will officiate.
