Earbelle Crumbley affectionately known as “Baby Sis” was born March 5, 1942 in Trenton, NJ. She departed this life peacefully on October 11, 2021 at Capital Health-Hopewell in Pennington, NJ.
Earbelle was aa lifelong resident of the area. She was educated in the Trenton Public School System. Earbelle was previously employed by Ewing Public School System as a Teacher Assistant.
Earbelle was glue to her family. She was a great cook, a lover of music, and a great dancer. She also loved to get dressed up and always made sure her clothes and accessories matched from head to toe.
Earbelle was predeceased by her mother, Earbelle McKenzie; her oldest son, Kevin McKenzie-Crumbley; one sister, Mary McDonald; one brother, Elsie Thomas; her ex-husband, Augustus Crumbley; and her companion, Stanley Crawford.
She leaves to forever cherish her memories: her children, Augustus Crumbley, Jr., Aire (Sharon) Crumbley, Cheryl DeShield, Debbie Crumbley all of Trenton, NJ, Gregory (Valerie) Crumbley of Atlanta, GA, Darryl (Bonnie) Crumbley of Willingboro, NJ, and Regina (Darryl) Hayes of Ewing, NJ; two sisters, Elizabeth Pue of Hamilton, NJ and Lillian Wilkins of Trenton, NJ; a special brother, Charles McKenzie of Trenton, NJ; 22 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; her favorite niece, Brenda McDonald; her Goddaughter, Antoinette Brooks; her best friend, Bernice Downing; companion, Lawrence Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A viewing service will be held Wednesday 9:00am to 11:00 am followed by a funeral service at the new Holy Cross Church of Christ 500 East State Street ,Trenton. Interment services will follow at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing.
