Douglas Liston Blow Jr.

Douglas (Doug) Liston Blow, 89, of Hamilton New Jersey, peacefully passed away at his family residence on January 2, 2022.

Born in North Arlington, NJ and having resided in both Jersey City and Kearny, Doug and his family relocated to Hamilton where he spent the balance of his career and life working for the Treasury Department of the State of New Jersey and raising his family. Having retired in 1996, he maintained a close connection with the many friends and colleagues he had met and worked with throughout his life.

Doug is survived by his loving wife, Mary, of 61 years, two children, Douglas and Kimberly and two

grandchildren, Maya, and Alexandra. He also leaves behind two sisters, Dorothy Foster, and Martha Heller.

As per his wishes, Doug has chosen cremation and there will be no viewing or funeral services. His remains will be returned directly to the earth during a memorial service at a future date.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the attendants and staff at Holy Redeemer Home Care and Hospice for providing compassionate care to Doug in his final days.
